The Shakespeare Way Price: $1,350/per person
Departures: May to October

 Trip Details

7 Nights - The Shakespeare Way follows a route that the great poet and playwright may have taken when he left his birthplace, Stratford-on-Avon, for London sometime between 1585 and 1588. We cannot know the exact route that he took but we know that he had connections in Oxford with his friend and inn-keeper, John Davenant, whilst he was of course familiar with the countryside of Warwickshire and probably of the Cotswolds, which feature in Richard II. The Shakespeare Way passes through some beautiful places and beside notable landmarks, including the Rollright Stones, Chipping Norton, Woodstock (close to Blenheim Palace and the burial place of Sir Winston Churchill at Bladon), Oxford, Marlow, Cookham, and Kew, before finishing at the recreation of Shakespeare's Globe Thatre in Southwark, London. The route can be followed in either direction and taken on in sections.

Derbyshire & The Peak DistrictPrice: $1,350/per person
Departures: May to October

 Trip Details

7 Nights - The Peak District in the county of Derbyshire is like an upland Cotswolds. It is an area of immense variety and importance, rich in wildlife where dramatic moorlands contrast sharply with lush valleys and stunning limestone gorges, where centuries-old stone villages and market towns have been as much a part of the environment on the landscape itself. The contrasting landscape is never more apparent than in the High Peak to the north, where you’ll find the Derwent Valley’s historic ‘Dam Busters’ dams and the caverns in the picturesque village of Castleton, where there is also an interesting castle. And at Baslow is Chatsworth House, one of the finest great houses in Britain.

 Trip Details

13 Nights OR 19 Nights -Established by the immortal Alfred Wainwright, the Coast to Coast Walk is one of the classic British walks. It traverses the North of England from the Irish Sea at St Bees to the North Sea at Robin Hoods Bay, passing through some of the most beautiful and varied scenery in the country: the mountains and lakes of the Lake District, the majestic valleys of the Yorkshire Dales, the heather moorland of the North York Moors, and, by way of contrast, dramatic coastal scenery at the start and finish.

5 Nights - The north and west coasts of Cornwall has a unique atmosphere – a mixture of the charm of St. Ives, famously beloved of artists and home to a branch of the Tate Gallery, to some of the wildest and most dramatic scenery along the entire English coastline. Add to this the wildlife, from peregrine falcons to dolphins, the fascinating mining heritage, the exhilaration of standing at Land's End, the magnificent open-air Minack Theatre, and the pretty fishing villages of Mousehole and Newlyn, and you have a magnificent moderate to strenuous walking holiday.

The Great Glen WayPrice: $1,475/per person
Departures: May to October

 Trip Details

8 Nights - The Great Glen Way is a spectacular walking route from Fort William, nestling under the massive Ben Nevis to Inverness, the capital of the Highlands. The trek takes you from the beginning of the Caledonian Canal past Neptune's Staircase and past Lochs Lochy, Oich and Ness. The trek terrain varies from towpath flat walking by the canal, to forest walks and woodland paths by the lochs, as well as some tarmac walking on a very quiet peaceful road.

Isle of Skye Price: $1,615/per person

 Trip Details

9 Nights -Stay at the delightful village of Mallaig on the mainland for the first three nights. Get used to the more relaxed pace of the Highlands and Islands, and stretch your legs on some fine local walks. Then we will take you to the fishing port, from where you can approach Skye by boat, arriving at the southern village of Armadale, before heading towards the Cuillin and the mountains of northern Skye. The Isle of Skye is a paradise for walkers -quiet beaches, remote cliff-tops, deserted villages.
